Campus Quad to be dedicated September 17

The dedication ceremony for Northwest Nazarene University's newly completed campus quadrangle project will be held Thursday, September 17, at 3:30 p.m. in the center of the campus quad next to the Christ sculpture. Standing at 7½ feet, the 412-pound Christ sculpture serves as a visual reminder to those who pass Him that Christ is the Center and foundation of everything we do at NNU.

Grand opening set for NNU’s Office of Veterans Services

The community, students, faculty and staff are invited to the grand opening of NNUs Office of Veterans Services on Tuesday, April 7, at 4 p.m. The event will include remarks by President David Alexander, Director of Veterans Services Bob Sanchez and representatives from the Student Veterans Club. After the ceremony, everyone is invited to tour the Center.

Kelli Lindley named Crusaders new Director of Athletics

The most successful team leader in Northwest Nazarene University’s history as an NCAA institution is taking on a new leadership role as the leader of Crusader Athletics. Kelli Lindley, who guided the Crusader women’s basketball team to five NCAA Division II National Tournament berths (2003, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2013) and compiled a 202-131 record during 12 seasons as head women’s basketball coach, was introduced by NNU president Dr. David Alexander as the new Director of Athletics this afternoon at a press conference at the Johnson Sports Center on the NNU campus.

She realizes that the value of NNU not only lies in the opportunities that are presented to her, but also in all of the support along the way.
